We do not sell your content.

We may use automated systems to process content for formatting, organization, and platform functionality. This does not transfer ownership of your content.

5. Content Guidelines

You agree not to use Grand Testimony to store or transmit:

  • Content that violates the rights of others
  • Malicious code or harmful material

You also agree not to store highly sensitive personal data such as:

  • Social security numbers

You are solely responsible for what you choose to write and upload.

7. Purchases and Gift Invitations

By making a purchase:

All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may result in suspension or termination of access.

8. Printed Book and Third-Party Fulfillment

If you choose to convert your story into a printed book or physical product:

  • You expressly authorize us to transmit your content to a third-party printing or production partner
  • Only the content necessary to produce the requested product will be shared
  • These partners are not permitted to use your content for any other purpose

We are not responsible for delays, defects, or fulfillment issues caused by third-party production or shipping partners.

This transmission occurs only when you actively request a printed product.

9. Platform Availability

We strive to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee:

  • Continuous or uninterrupted access
  • That the platform will be error-free
  • That all data will be permanently preserved

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including content tools and access functionality.

10. Data Loss Disclaimer

While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for maintaining copies of important content
  • We are not liable for loss of data, content, or access

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you:
