- Overview
Grand Testimony is a project of Moon Tree Farm. We provide a private, account-based platform for recording personal stories, memories, and reflections — and for transforming those stories into professionally produced books.
By creating an account or using the platform in any way, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

- Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use this platform. By using Grand Testimony, you confirm that:
• You are legally able to enter into this agreement
• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• You are not prohibited from using the platform under any applicable law

- Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to:
• Share your account access with others
• Attempt to access other user accounts
• Use another person’s account without authorization
We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

- Your Content
You retain full ownership of the content you create on Grand Testimony, including written entries, uploaded images, and any personal information you choose to include.
By using the platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to:
• Store your content securely
• Process it to provide platform features, including manuscript generation, PDF creation, and book production
We do not sell your content. We may use automated systems — including AI-assisted tools — to process content for formatting, organization, manuscript generation, and platform functionality. This does not transfer ownership of your content.

- Content Guidelines
You agree not to use Grand Testimony to store or transmit:
• Illegal content of any kind
• Content that violates the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
• Malicious code, harmful material, or content intended to disrupt the platform
You also agree not to store highly sensitive personal data such as passwords, financial account numbers, or government identification numbers.
You are solely responsible for what you choose to write and upload. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms without notice.

- Privacy and Access
Your content is not publicly visible. However, you acknowledge that authorized Grand Testimony personnel may access your content when necessary for:
• Customer support
• Technical troubleshooting
• System maintenance and security
This access is limited, not routine, and governed by our Privacy Policy.

- Purchases, Refunds, and Gift Invitations
Grand Testimony offers paid features including gift invitations and book production services. By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment information and you understand that access is granted through a gift code or invitation system.
Refunds
Digital access purchases, including gift invitations, are non-refundable once a gift code has been issued or redeemed. Book production purchases are non-refundable once manuscript processing or print production has been initiated.
We may issue refunds at our sole discretion in cases of verified technical failure on our part. Refund requests must be submitted to info@grandtestimony.com within 14 days of purchase.
Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of platform access. If you have a billing concern, contact us directly before initiating a dispute with your payment provider.

- Printed Book and Third-Party Fulfillment
If you choose to convert your story into a printed book or physical product, you expressly authorize us to transmit the content necessary to produce that product to a third-party printing or production partner, which may be located domestically or internationally.
These partners are not permitted to use your content for any purpose other than producing your requested product. This transmission occurs only when you actively request a printed product.
We are not responsible for delays, defects, or fulfillment issues caused by third-party production or shipping partners. All such issues must be addressed directly with the fulfillment partner.

- Platform Availability
We strive to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted access, that the platform will be error-free, or that all data will be permanently preserved. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including content tools and access functionality.

- Data Loss Disclaimer
While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, you agree that you are responsible for maintaining copies of important content. We are not liable for loss of data, content, or access resulting from technical failure, service interruption, or any other cause.

- Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, use the platform in a harmful or unlawful way, or engage in activity that we determine, in our sole discretion, is inconsistent with the intent or integrity of the platform.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion. You may stop using the platform at any time.

- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grand Testimony shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data or personal content, fulfillment issues caused by third parties, or emotional or personal outcomes related to content creation or book production.
Use of the platform is at your own risk.

- Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grand Testimony and Moon Tree Farm from any claims, damages, or expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

- Communications
By using the platform, you consent to receive service-related communications, including account notifications, access and login emails, order confirmations, and support responses. These communications are necessary for platform operation and cannot be opted out of while your account is active.
From time to time, we may also send marketing communications, including updates, announcements, and offers. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us at info@grandtestimony.com. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect your receipt of service-related emails.

- Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Florida.

- Campaigns
Grand Testimony offers a Campaign program that allows qualifying organizations to distribute gift invitations in bulk. Campaign setup is reviewed manually and is not live upon submission — campaigns are activated only upon approval by Grand Testimony.
By submitting a campaign, the organization and its authorized representative confirm that:
• The organization is a legitimate business operating in good faith
• The campaign complies with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the organization operates
• All information submitted during campaign setup is accurate and complete
There is no setup fee to apply for a campaign. Public disclosures, payout language, and revenue framing are determined by the selected campaign mode and are subject to change upon review.
Grand Testimony reserves the right to cancel or decline any campaign at its sole discretion, including campaigns that do not represent legitimate businesses, that violate these Terms or applicable law, or that Grand Testimony determines are not operating in good faith. Cancellation does not entitle the organizer to a refund of any gift purchases already processed.
